Welcome Riad Alharithi, PE!
We are excited to welcome Riad Alharithi, PE to the Emerio team as Construction Manager/Sr. Project Manager! Previously with Multnomah County, Riad has more than 20 years of experience in construction, design, and management of public works projects. Riad will be assembling and leading a construction management team at Emerio and we are excited to begin offering this service to our clients.
