BS, Biology – San Francisco State University;
After graduating from SFSU, Thaddeus found his passion for land surveying in 2021, when he enrolled in the Civil Engineering, Geospatial, & Surveying Technology Program at Santa Rosa Junior College. He gained a wealth of experience surveying in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, familiarizing himself with both the field and office aspects of the industry. Thaddeus joined the Emerio team at the beginning of 2026 and brings the ability to build surfaces using CADD for topographic mapping, the patience to navigate government bureaucracies such as FEMA, and an understanding of the historical research required for boundary resolutions in Records of Survey.
During his free time, Thaddeus enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest’s majestic outdoors, discovering hidden gems of the Portland area’s culinary world, and cherishing time with loved ones.
