Working for state DOTs, local agencies, and a local engineering firm, he has managed many projects and programs for Marion and Multnomah Counties. While working for ODOT he managed the Sellwood Bridge CMGC project. He has extensive experience managing locally and federally funded projects. Riad joined the Emerio team in 2019 and leads our growing construction management department.
Riad and his wife Badia have two sons who study and work in Chicago and a daughter who is still in high school. Riad’s resiliency for managing long term planning, design, and construction projects come from his passion for marathon and triathlon training. Riad enjoys playing chess and reading history books when it is too cloudy and rainy for outdoor activities.
