With his earliest beginnings in the industry in 2006, Joshua joined the Emerio team in 2015. Joshua’s expertise includes evaluating projects in the planning phase, researching pre-design alternatives, and reviewing cost analysis and submitting reports. With a background at the Portland Water Bureau and in field work, his experience includes project coordination between engineers, supervisors, and foremen from all trades for the installation of high-tech wafer fab machinery. Currently Joshua applies his energies to storm water drafting while cross training on a variety of tasks within the civil engineering department.
With roots in the Philippines, Joshua has had the opportunity for several trips there to visit family and friends as well as to visit partner churches. As an outdoor enthusiast, Joshua spends time biking, hiking, and snowboarding the gorgeous northwest.
