Hayden formally joined Emerio in 2024 after launching his career as a land use planner working at Reece Engineering & Survey for several years. He has guided a variety of projects through urban and rural entitlement processes and has prepared development applications for everything from residential subdivisions to large scale industrial projects. His focus, attention to detail, and calm demeanor are always appreciated during complex and occasionally perplexing permitting procedures.
Outside of work, Hayden is always looking to check another classic movie off his never-ending list, spending an inordinate amount of time working on a golf swing that may or may not be improving, and being unnecessarily pessimistic about the current or future seasons of his favorite sports teams.
