Eric’s years of expertise began with a seven-year chapter as a project manager for a site development general contractor before jumping into the engineering realm with both feet in 2004 and joining the Emerio team in 2006.  Serving as a Sr. Project Manager in our Private Development group, Eric supports the Private Development engineering team in providing a wide variety of land use development projects ranging from large commercial sites to multi- and single-family residences and infill endeavors. Eric also retains significant jurisdiction and responsibility for field coordination in a variety of engineering and construction settings.

Since 2018, Eric has hiked 1748 miles of the 2650-mile Pacific Crest Trail which spans all of California, Oregon, and Washington. He plans to complete the PCT in the summer of 2029. However, after moving to east coast, he added the 2190-mile long Appalachian Trail to his bucket list, completing the majority of the state of Georgia, leaving a mere 13 addition states to hike.
