Since 2000, Chad has built a diverse career in development, working in roles such as drafter, inspector, plans examiner, and project manager. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with standout experiences including the Caldera Forestbrook Development, plans examining for the City of Camas, and several other significant projects. Chad has found satisfaction in his work with plans examining and project coordination, where his attention to detail and problem-solving skills truly shine.
Outside of work, Chad is passionate about exploring Portland and the Pacific Northwest. Whether it’s savoring local coffee, enjoying a delicious meal, hiking scenic trails, or fishing and kayaking, he enjoys all that the region has to offer. He also cherishes quality time spent with his wife, three sons, and two dogs, creating memories on camping trips, fly fishing outings, and adventures to places like Ollalie Lake, The Grand Tetons, and even New Zealand.
