Brandy Smay

Currently completing her Associates degree in Applied Science, Brandy enjoys focusing her efforts on joint projects including drafting, revision work, coordination with the residential team ensuring timely completion of projects, and creating construction documents for our clients. Joining the Emerio family in 2013 as a part of her internship with Portland Community College, Brandy brings a willing spirit, collegial attitude, and a desire to benefit the team.

When not serving Emerio clients, Brandy can be found picking up a good book, challenging her son to Assassin’s Creed and racing games, or up to her elbows in a home renovation project.
