Project Engineer

BS, Civil Engineering, Oregon State University;
Registration: Professional Engineer – Oregon (100398PE)

With an educational background in civil engineering, Tony had the unique opportunity of assisting ODOT in their research on retrofitting concrete bridges with titanium reinforcement. His senior capstone team won the award for best civil design on the new Oregon State Cascade Campus in Bend, OR. Cross-trained in both the structural and civil engineering departments since joining the Emerio team in 2016, Tony has applied his skills to residential and commercial projects through vertical and lateral calculations. His current focus is assisting the public works department on a wide variety of projects by specializing in grading and ensuring design meets ADA requirements.

While attending Oregon State University, he participated in the Concrete Canoe team for two years and won second place both years at the Pacific Northwest Conference. An avid skateboarder, Tony also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and playing the guitar.
