Introducing Sr. Project Manager, Private Development – Dan Boultinghouse

Emerio is thrilled to announce the addition of our Senior Project Manager, Dan Boultinghouse, PE, who will lead our Private Development team and foster increased capacity for our organization.

30 years of experience leading initiatives across Oregon, Washington, and California, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in both the public and private sectors. From his time heading up subdivision initiatives; leading commercial and industrial development; and forging forward on road, park, and utility projects, he has been a reliable and consistent collaborator for partners.

Prior to joining the Emerio team, Dan was a pacesetting engineering leader for companies like Kimley-Horn, PACLAND, and Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering. Across his diverse history, he’s been able to deliver innovative results for his clients. A graduate of San Diego State University (SDSU), he has been a committed advocate for the engineering industry and helping others grow their skills and acumen.

Dan is excited to bring his knowledge from up and down the West Coast to Emerio. As the leader of the Private Development group, he’ll work to grow the company’s footprint, expedite project and team efficiency, and drive client engagement. With an eye for identifying areas of impact, he has already begun honing the organization’s processes and team training—and he looks forward to continuing that trajectory of growth and development.

“Dan’s expertise doesn’t have a ceiling. His leadership background and skill versatility will enhance our ability to deliver high-quality support on projects for clients. His addition will not only increase our capacity, it will drive significant value for those who partner with us.”
