Jodi Bailey

With more than a decade of experience helping partners succeed, Jodi has cultivated a reputation anchored in serving people, communities, and the greater housing and development discipline. As Emerio’s Business Development Manager, she works to connect our clients to the engineering and design solutions that can deliver on their goals—and provides a roadmap for how we can help them thrive during every stage of their project. She was most recently the Director of Membership for the Home Builders Association of Greater Portland and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Home Builders Association. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Portland Professional Women in Building Council and on the Willamette Falls Trust. She has previously served on the Happy Valley Planning Commission. She is a staunch advocate for affordable housing, women in construction, and bringing more trade education into schools.

Outside of work, her passions include spending time with her husband, three kids, and dogs; getaways at the ocean or lake; and indulging in hobbies like gardening, baking, traveling, wine tasting, volunteering, and reading.
