Jim began surveying in 1982, gaining experience in all types of boundary and topographic surveys and mapping from working in both the office and the field. Joining the Emerio team in 2015, Jim specializes in transportation and construction projects, with an emphasis in road and bridge building, and creating DTMs for design purposes.
