Shane’s experience in the engineering field includes managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, including obtaining entitlements, approvals, and construction for infrastructure on projects ranging from PUDs, subdivisions, partitions, multi-family, and commercial sites. Additionally, his experience includes highway construction inspection on ODOT projects and plan review with Washington County. Shane joined the Emerio team in 2023 and provides support for Private and Public teams to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders. He is passionate about improving processes to increase efficiencies, as well as sustainability and a desire to implement emerging technologies to improve systems and the communities in which we live.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter who are actively involved in scouting, theater, and soccer. He also enjoys spending time serving at their church and completing DIY projects around the house.
