Pam Boyd

Pam offers a wealth of experience as Project Coordinator, having worked in the industry since 2004. She joined the Emerio team in 2013, and assists both our Land Use Planners and Engineers in preparing and submitting planning applications, setting up neighborhood meetings and processing drawings through the local agencies to obtain construction permits. Her jurisdiction specialties include Washington County, CWS, TVWD, City of Hillsboro, and City of Forest Grove.

With a family tradition of growing a garden and canning their own food, Pam learned her way around the kitchen at a young age. She loves to collect and share recipes, as well as cook and bake for others. Away from the kitchen, Pam loves spending time with her grandchildren.
