Working in construction inspection and management since 1993, Bernadette has worked on transportation, utility, environmental, site development, and public works projects. Bernadette has a strong ability to collaborate with all stakeholders and build relationships with contractors, completing projects on time and on or under budget. Bernadette’s education and training includes being WSDOT-certified in 14 different areas and a qualified materials tester, as well as the use of Plan Grid and Bluebeam to manage projects. Joining the Emerio team in 2020, she is certified to manage federally-funded projects and experienced in project compliance.
Bernadette has raised two children and loves to garden, take photos, and is learning to paint in water color and acrylics.
