Land Use Planner
Trisha brings more than 30 years of industry experience, starting her career in 1987 at a local consulting firm as a hand drafter, before moving on to becoming a project coordinator for land development projects. Most recently, she has been an independent land use planning consultant, specializing in land development projects from inception to final approvals. Now at Emerio, Trisha is building on her experience, providing feasibility studies and development conceptual design; Comprehensive Plan and Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) Amendments, Zone Changes; Subdivisions, Partition and Planned Unit Developments (PUD), and Conditional Use Permits (CUP) and commercial and industrial design review approvals.
When not at the office, Trisha loves spending time with her family and her 6.5 cats (counting the neighbor’s cat on a part-time basis). Trisha and her husband have a lovely 10-acre property in the woods, with occasional visitors, like the black bear they humanely caught with the help of the Department of Fish and Wildlife, using a custom trap and donut holes. With a love for the outdoors, you can find Trisha the Rockhound, searching for cool rocks or simply enjoying hiking in the woods.
