Beginning his surveying career in 1979, Dan’s experience includes all surveying management aspects needed in an engineering and land surveying firm. With a broad range of experience, Dan specializes in heavy construction surveying for highway construction and design projects on public and private contracts. Derived from years of construction management and working with Oregon Bridge Delivery Partners in a direct relationship with ODOT, Dan also has expertise in reviewing contracts for constructability and construction management documentation. Joining the Emerio team in 2017, his additional experience includes working with DSL, BLM, and telecommunication companies for site acquisition, engineering, design, permitting, and construction management for new wireless deployments, equipment upgrades, and network switch design.
Originally from the heart of the Catskill mountain range in Upstate New York, the outdoors is something that is near and dear to Dan’s heart. Spending time in Oregon’s Cascade and Coast mountain ranges, Dan has a passion for hiking, hunting and wood working. Keeping him grounded and acting as a backstop for over 30 years is his wife Linda, who always sees the light at the end of the tunnel.
