Public Services

Emerio Designs’ story began in 2005, with Neil Fernando, PE, our founder and principal, having a strong conviction and compelling vision to gain trust by providing good service. This is the root meaning of the word, Emerio, and is a commitment that we share at our firm in how we treat clients and approach projects. Emerio has experienced rapid growth, especially in the past 2-3 years, and has grown to be a full service, multi-disciplined, civil engineering firm. We are a certified DBE/MBE (#5611), located in Beaverton, OR, and are staffed with experienced project managers, civil engineers, planners, designers, surveyors, inspectors, drafters and administrative support.

As a full-service civil engineering firm, providing expertise in a range of services, Emerio Design is uniquely qualified to manage, design and deliver projects from conception to completion. Additionally, as an MBE/DBE firm, we offer public agencies and larger consulting firms the unique combination of convenience and expertise, providing solutions for most civil engineering projects.
